PawPals

Pixel dogs, daily care.

PawPals: Pixel Dog Care is an iPhone virtual-dog game by William Neil Maish. Adopt a dog, choose its coat and name, teach tricks and make a little home together.

Release pending App Store review. An App Store download link will be added when the app is available.

A companion of your own

Choose from 14 individually drawn breeds and 39 breed-and-coat combinations, including Labradors, German shepherds, Great Danes and pugs. Feed, offer water, play, groom, cuddle, clean up and tuck your dog in. Teach Sit, Stay, Shake, Roll over, Fetch and how to poop outside.

Make daily care count

Complete the applicable care actions for one dog to earn a level, at most once per day. The 30-level journey awards 140 credits, unlocks shop items and gives you nine free room colours. Missed days do not remove earned levels, and dogs never die.

At level 30, receive a golden trophy of your dog and unlock a shared room for up to four pets. Each dog keeps its own needs, belongings and care timers.

Build their room

Spend credits on beds, plants, food and water bowls, toys, collars, grooming styles, foods and treats. Placed objects appear in the room, and dogs visit them during the day. Shop unlocks make products available to buy; room colours and the final trophy are free earned rewards.

Free to play, with optional credit packs

Basic food, water and care are free. Credits can be earned through care or purchased with real money in optional packs of 10, 50, 100, 250 or 500. No subscription is required, and buying credits does not skip care levels.

Planned Australian pack prices are A$0.99, A$4.99, A$9.99, A$24.99 and A$49.99 respectively. These are proposed launch prices. Apple displays the actual price and currency before you confirm a purchase.

Your game stays on your device

PawPals has no player account, app-operated cloud sync, advertising or analytics. Gifts move between two local profiles on the same device. Portrait sharing is optional and uses the destination you choose.

Keep a saved-game export before deleting the app. Backup import is available only in a fresh game and restores the snapshot in that file; later play, purchases and spending are not included. See the support page for the limits of backups and consumable purchases.
